Those of you who do not wish to submit on-line race entries can download a copy of our race application and fax or mail it to the office. Address and fax information can be found on the application.

Please Note: Anyone entering a race on Race Weekend will be subject to a $15 late fee. Also, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a race T-Shirt. The large number of people entering on Race Weekend has caused many of the timing problems we have experienced as well as contributing to registration delays and food and water shortages. Please do everyone a favour and enter early. Also Note: Anyone entering 2 weeks or less prior to a race is subject to a $10 late fee. |
Refund Policy

Refunds are for medical reasons only: 75% refunded 4 weeks prior to race, 50% refunded 2 weeks prior to race.
Absolutely no refunds for any reason within 2 weeks of any race. Races are non-transferable from person to person - no exceptions! No refunds for switching from Tri to Du due to water temperature or high pollution counts but you will be allowed to switch to the duathlon. No refunds if event is canceled due to inclement weather.
