  • Race Kit Pick-Up – 7:30am - 8:45am (all races) Registration is located behind the snack bar, down the hill from the transition area.
  • Sprint Triathlon Start: 9:00 am
  • Sprint Duathlon Start: 9:10 am
  • Sprint awards: 11:30 am
  • Race Kit Pick-up Re-Opens - 11:45pm - 12:45pm
  • 1km Fun Run - 12:10 pm
  • Try a Tri Start – 1:00 pm
  • Try a Tri Awards -  2:15 pm

  • GPS Location - N43 36.166 W80 15.503.  If you have a Garmin unit, you can download this file of Waypoints for every race venue.  Simply transfer it to your Garmin and they will show up in your favorites list
