July 30, 2008- 70.3 Muskoka Chi Running Clinic - Deerhurst September 12 10:00-3:00. Triathlon veterans Louise McGonigal, Dave Watts and Sheri Fraser will be offering a Chi Running Course on Friday before the 70.3. For those concerned, running is minimal and will not adversely affect your race. Sheri participated in the course shortly before World's 70.3 last year and ran a PB for the half marathon.
