    • GPS Location - N44 37.022 W79 24.865.  If you have a Garmin unit, you can download this file of Waypoints for every race venue.  Simply transfer it to your Garmin and they will show up in your favorites list
    • A.C. Vikings Swim Course - rectangular course in beautiful, clean Lake Couchiching.
    • Bike Course  - challenging course with rolling hills
    • Merrell Run - through ski country and along town streets.
