  • Northwest Mutual Fund Swim - Two Loop swim in Lake Beavermead (Half). 1 loop for Sprint (map)
  • Pepsi Bike - Scenic, challenging course, through the majestic Kawartha's (Long Course Map) (Sprint Map)
  • adidas Run - New courses, more shade and more park - (Long Course Map) (1st Du Run) (Sprint Map)
  • Half Aid Stations -  There is a bottle exchange station (water and Gatorade) on the bike that you pass out and back, so there are 2 chances to fuel-up on the bike.  On the run, there are 5 stations that you pass twice, so 10 aid stations.   The run will have Gatorade, water, Pepsi, PowerBars and PowerGels.  But it's still a good idea to carry your favorite bars or gels to make sure your nutritional requirements are met.
